Business Overview

-The Company is the global leader in the development of computer vision and machine learning, data analysis, localization and mapping for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and autonomous driving technologies. It is working with more than 50 OEMs worldwide on the implementation of its ADAS solutions.

-As of December 28, 2024, the Company's solutions had been installed in approximately 1,200 vehicle models worldwide, and its System-on-Chips (SoCs) had been deployed in approximately 200 million vehicles.

-In the year ending December 28, 2024, the Company shipped approximately 29.0 million EyeQ SoC and SuperVision systems, of which the substantial majority were EyeQ™ SoCs. This represents a decrease from the previous years (approximately 37.4 million systems in 2023 and approximately 33.7 million systems in 2022), primarily due to a significant drawdown of excess inventory at our Tier 1customers and a reduction in volumes shipped to China in 2024.

Competitors

-The Company also faces indirect competitors from OEMs, such as Tesla, Mercedes-Benz, General Motors, NIO, Volvo Cars, Xpeng Motors, Huawei and Li Auto, who have or are developing their own in-house solutions for advanced ADAS software stack.

-The Autonomous Mobility-as-a-Service (AMaaS) competitors include Cruise, Motional, Waymo, Yandex, Zoox, Auto X, Baidu, Deeproute.ai, Didi Chuxing, Momenta, and WeRide. The consumer AD competitors include Sony and Tesla, who are developing self-driving vehicles for consumers.
