Business Overview

-The Company is a supplier that develops and manufactures drive and motion control systems, fluid and thermal management systems, air management systems, and industrial driver interface products for the automotive, commercial vehicle, and off-highway markets.

-As of January 1, 2024, the Company is organized into two business segments: Drive Control Systems (DCS) and Flow Control Systems (FCS). Each business segment is further divided into various business units as follows:

  • Drive Control Systems: the DCS segment develops and produces products for the automotive and the off-highway industry. Products include pneumatic and electric actuation systems for gear control and clutch actuation, steering column modules, and pedals and throttles for off-highway applications.
  • Flow Control Systems: the FCS segment develops and manufactures products for the automotive and commercial vehicle market, as well as industrial applications. Portfolio includes couplings for air brake and air suspension systems, clean powertrain fluid assemblies, and chassis and battery coolant solutions.

-In addition, from 2024, the Company’s Driveline business (excluding electric actuators) is no longer considered part of the Company’s core business and is reported under other operations. Following the adoption of this new segment structure, the financial figures for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023, have been restated accordingly to reflect this change.

-More than 70% of the Company’s global sales come directly from OEM vehicle manufacturers. The remaining 30% of sales are generated through Tier 1 suppliers, distributors, and industrial OEMs for its PTFE assembly portfolio.
