TECHNO-FRONTIER 2022 was held at the Tokyo Big Sight convention and exhibition center from Wednesday, July 20 to Friday, July 22, 2022. This year's event was again held as a "place for promoting technological development and problem solving for manufacturing engineers" with real exhibits, and it was a lively event. Toward the global goal of carbon neutrality, electrification-related technologies were on display from 16 specialized exhibitions, including the 37th Power Supply Systems Expo. According to an announcement by the organizer, Japan Management Association (JMA), the total number of visitors was 10,389, including those from INDUSTRY-FRONTIER 2022, which was held concurrently.
This report will focus on the organizer's booths displaying actual vehicles, as well as battery-related exhibits, battery performance improvement technologies, evaluation equipment, prototypes, and other exhibits that are the core of electrification-related technologies.
