U.S. auto sales down 5.8% in June; Japanese and European brands with high ratio of imports show significant sales decline
The number of new vehicles sold in the U.S. in June 2025 (preliminary figures including estimates for GM/Stellantis/Tesla, etc.), aggregated by Marklines as of July 2, was 1,256,521, down 5.8% from the same month last year. The number of sales days in June was 24, two days less than in the same month last year.
