公司历程

1995年	与Johnson Controls Holding Company Inc.在印度国内成立从事座椅系统设计・开发・工程・生产的合资公司。
1997年	合资公司设立情况如下 -与东洋散热器(现T.Rad)、三菱商事成立Tata Toyo Radiator Pvt. Ltd. -与矢崎总业成立Tata Yazaki AutoComp Pvt. Ltd. -与Nifco成立Tata Nifco Fasteners Pvt. Ltd.
1997年	与JBM Tools Ltd.的成立人S.K. Arya共同出资成立JBM Tools Ltd.。2003年8月1日，公司名称改为Automotive Stampings and Assemblies Ltd.。
2000年	与美国Owens Corning成立合资公司Automotive Composite Systems (International) Pvt. Ltd.。 *该公司的母公司TACO于2010年3月5日更名为TACOCL。
2000年	与丰技研成立设计开发、生产二轮、排气系统的合资公司Tata Yutaka AutoComp Pvt. Ltd.。
2002年	与Knorr Bremse Far East Ltd.合资成立空气制动系统制造公司Knorr Bremse Systems for Commercial Vehicles (India) Pvt. Ltd.。
2004年	与法国Faurecia Automotive Holdings 成立从事汽车内饰系统设计服务的合资公司TACO Faurecia Design Center Pvt. Ltd.。
2004年	全资子公司Tata Auto Plastic Systems Ltd.在4月1日合并。
2005年	收购德国Wundsch Weidinger GmbH。
2005年	2月，与新加坡MobiApps Holdings Pvt. Ltd.成立合资公司TACO MobiApps Telematics Ltd.。
2005年	6月，与美国Visteon International Holding Inc成立合资公司Tata Visteon Automotive Pvt. Ltd. 、TACO Visteon Engineering Pvt. Ltd.。Tata Visteon主要生产动力传动、照明产品，TACO Engineering则主要从事汽车零部件的设计开发。
2005年	10月，与GS Yuasa International Ltd.共同成立TataAutoComp GY Batteries Pvt. Ltd.。
2006年	6月，与美国Hendrickson International Corporation成立合资公司TACO Hendrickson Suspensions Pvt. Ltd.。
2006年	Gestamp Servicios, S.L. 出资Automotive Stampings and Assemblies Ltd.。
2006年	将Tata Yutaka AutoComp Pvt. Ltd.的股份转让给丰技研。
2006年	10月，Tata Nifco Fasteners Ltd. (TNFL)决定停业。
2008年	10月，合资公司TJCAL 与德国ISRINGHAUSEN GmbH & Co. KG 成立合资公司ISRI TJC Pvt. Ltd.。
2009年	转让Technical Stampings and Automotive Ltd.的股份。
2009年	转让Taco Faurecia Design Center Pvt. Ltd.的股份。
2009年	获得IPM Inc. 所有的Automotive Composite Systems (International) Ltd.(现TACOCL)股份，并将其收购成为旗下完全子公司。
2010年	转让Knorr Bremse Systems for Commercial Vehicles (India) Pvt. Ltd.。
2010年	获得Gestamp Servicios, S.L. 持有的Automotive Stampings and Assemblies Ltd.股份。
2012年	Tata Yazaki AutoComp Limited (TYA)的全部股份转让给矢崎总业。
2013年	Tata Johnson Controls Automotive (TJCAL)的全部股份转让给江森自控。
2013年12月	公司与东洋的合资公司Tata Toyo Radiator与Air International Thermal Systems对半出资成立合资公司。
2014年09月	与麦格纳达成一致，将成立座椅系统合资公司。
2014年10月	与墨西哥的Katcon Global达成一致，将成立排气系统的合资公司。
2016年8月	收购动力总成冷却系统的供应商TitanX Engine Cooling。
2017年1月	完成收购Titanx Engine Cooling。
2019年3月	与Tritium Pty Ltd.签订谅解备忘录。
