May 2005 Established Stanley Electric Korea Co., Ltd. (currently a consolidated subsidiary) as a sales company in Korea.
Jul. 2006 Created a holding company in Europe, Stanley Electric Holding Europe Co., Ltd. (currently one of its consolidated companies) in the U.K. in order to effectively manage its operations and strengthen its accounting and financing capabilities in Europe.
Aug. 2007 Opened its Opto Technical Center in Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
Oct. 2009 Established Stanley Electric do Brasil Ltda. as its manufacturing and sales headquarters in Brazil. The company is currently a consolidated subsidiary.

Mar. 2020 Acquired HexaTech, Inc. as a US-based R&D facility and production plant, turning it into a consolidated subsidiary.
Dec. 2020 Established the Hadano Technical Center in Hadano, Kanagawa Prefecture.
Jan. 2021 Established the AℓNUV brand for UV products.
Jan. 2021 Signed a partnership agreement with Mitsubishi Electric on automotive lamp systems business.
Sep. 2022 Formed capital and business alliance with Honda Motor Co., Ltd.
Dec. 2023 Founded THPI Co., Ltd. in Thailand as a holding company purposely established to acquire shares in Thai Stanley Electric Public Co. (It is currently a consolidated subsidiary.)
Apr. 2024 Turned Thai Stanley Electric Public Co., Ltd. into a consolidated subsidiary by acquiring additional stock shares.
Nov. 2024 Acquired Angstrom Electric Ltda. as its production plant in Brazil. (It is currently a consolidated subsidiary renamed Stanley-Angstrom Electric da Amazonia Ltda.)
