Aug. 1998	Established European office in Birmingham, England.
Mar. 2000	Listed on the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. (Hiroshima Stock Exchange merged with the Tokyo Stock Exchange)
Dec. 2001	The Company established Shanghai Nishikawa Sealing Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary, in Shanghai, China.
Apr. 2002	Established Nishikawa Design Techno Co., Ltd. to Nishi-ku Hiroshima city. (currently a consolidated subsidiary)
Jun. 2003	Reorganized the Fukuoka branch office into the Yamaguchi branch office.
Jun. 2004	Established Guangzhou Nishikawa Sealing System Co., Ltd. in Guangzhou, China. It is a consolidated subsidiary.
May 2005	-Ushiroyama Chemical was renamed to Nishikawa Big Ocean. (Ushiroyama Chemical took over sales activities of the automotive parts business divisions at Seiwa Industry and Toyohira Nishikawa, and a part of the sales functions at Ooasa Nishikawa, after merging and absorbing these operations. As a result, the company adopted its new name.) -Ooasa Nishikawa changed its corporate name to Nishikawa Big Well as a result of merging and absorbing the sales activities of the automotive parts business division at Nishikawa Ihara. - Nishikawa Rubber merged and absorbed the equipment design and production business divisions of Ihara Nishikawa. As a result, Ihara Nishikawa was dissolved.
May 2005	Established Nishikawa Rubber (Shanghai) Trading Co., Ltd.
Nov. 2005	Nishikawa Rubber merged Nishikawa Rika into its operations, thus dissolving Nishikawa Rika.
Mar. 2007	Closed Seiwa Kogyo Hirakata Plant.
Apr. 2007	Merged Nishikawa Kasei Co., Ltd. (then equity method affiliate) with G.P. Daikyo Company and renamed Nishikawa Kasei, a surviving company, to Daikyo Nishikawa Co., Ltd. (now equity method affiliate)
Jul. 2007	Nishikawa of America Inc. merged with Nishikawa Engineering of America Inc.. Nishikawa Engineering of America was dissolved.
Jan. 2008	Nishikawa Bussan merged with Natulove Co., Ltd.. Natulove Co., Ltd. was dissolved.
Mar. 2008	Nishikawa Standard Company was changed to a Limited Liability Company (LLC), which is currently a subsidiary under the equity method of accounting.
Mar. 2011	-Nishikawa Bussan Co., Ltd. established Nishikawa Bussan Korea LLC in Gimhae City, Korea. The company is currently a consolidated subsidiary. -The Company made an additional investment in Nishikawa Standard Company LLC, changing its name to Nishikawa Cooper LLC and making it its consolidated subsidiary. -The Company transferred part of the shares it had held in Nishikawa Tachaplalert Rubber Co., Ltd. to Cooper Standard Automotive Inc.
Apr. 2012	Nishikawa Big Ocean absorbed the operations of Nishikawa Big Well, dissolving Nishikawa Big Well as a company.
Jan. 2013	Established PT. Nishikawa Karya Indonesia in West Java, Indonesia. (Current consolidated company)
Apr. 2014	Nishikawa Bussan Co., Ltd., as the surviving company, absorbed Seiwa Kogyo Co., Ltd., which will be dissolved as a result of this merger.
Nov. 2014	Nishikawa Cooper Mexico S.A. de C.V. changed its name to Nishikawa Sealing Systems Mexico S.A. de C.V.
May 2015	Nishikawa Sealing Systems Mexico S.A. de C.V. absorbed Nishikawa Management Service S.A. de C.V. into its own operations. Nishikawa Management Service was dissolved.
Jun. 2015	ALP Nishikawa Co., Ltd. was renamed to ALP Nishikawa Co., Pvt. Ltd.
Feb. 2019	Established Hubei Nishikawa Sealing Systems Co., Ltd. in Xiaogan, China. (Current consolidated company)
Apr. 2022	Moved to the Standard Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange
