(Ushiroyama Chemical took over sales activities of the automotive parts business divisions at Seiwa Industry and Toyohira Nishikawa, and a part of the sales functions at Ooasa Nishikawa, after merging and absorbing these operations. As a result, the company adopted its new name.) -Ooasa Nishikawa changed its corporate name to Nishikawa Big Well as a result of merging and absorbing the sales activities of the automotive parts business division at Nishikawa Ihara. - Nishikawa Rubber merged and absorbed the equipment design and production business divisions of Ihara Nishikawa. As a result, Ihara Nishikawa was dissolved. |
