Purem by Eberspaecher: Replacing the Exhaust Technology Division, this division provides exhaust aftertreatment systems for vehicles, lowering emissions and noise.
Climate Control Systems: This division focuses on developing and manufacturing thermal management solutions for vehicles.
Automotive Controls: This division develops and provides standardized and customer-specific electronics solutions for systems management in automotive vehicles as well as other applications.
New Business – Hydrogen Mobility: The business area focuses on hydrogen mobility, developing Balance of Plant (BoP) components for mobile and stationary hydrogen fuel cell systems. The activities in this business area are cross-divisional.

-In the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023, 85% of the Company’s sales were generated from sources outside Germany.

1865	Founded Company as a specialist in metal-framed roof glazing.
1913	Formed first international subsidiary in Vienna, Austria.

2013	Formed joint venture with Shaanxi Wanfang Autoparts Co. Ltd., called Eberspaecher Exhaust Technology Xi'an Co., Ltd., to produce commercial aftertreatment systems in China.
	Fully acquired joint venture company OTEM ZAO, a supplier of vehicle heaters and climate control systems, in Russia.
	Formed joint venture with Mikuni Corporation, called Eberspaecher Mikuni Climate Control Systems, to produce automotive heaters in Japan.
Sep. 2016	Acquired majority stake in Vecture Inc., a company specializing expertise in the development and production of battery management systems, and complete energy storage systems.
Nov. 2018	Acquired Kalori SAS, a French climate control specialist which develops and manufactures air conditioning and ventilation systems for commercial and special-purpose vehicles.
2021	The acquisition of Eberspächer Vairex, the Group enters the market of hydrogen technologies.
