July, 1944 | Odawara Plant started production. |
Oct. 1948 | Under the corporate reconstruction law, the company was split into 2 companies, No.2 Mikuni Shoko Co., Ltd. (Kamata Plant and trading dept.) and Mikuni Seisakusho (Odawara Plant). |
Feb. 1949 | Started production of carburetors for small cars and mechanical pumps. |
Apr. 1950 | Renamed No.2 Mikuni Shoko Co., Ltd. as Mikuni Shoko Co., Ltd. |
