Business Overview

-The Company is a leading global manufacturer and developer of hardware and software solutions for software-defined vehicles, safety, and connected and autonomous mobility. Its portfolio includes brake systems, integrated safety systems, sensors, electronic air suspensions, display solutions, head-up displays, digital clusters, telematics, body control modules, high performance computers, electronic control units, and radars.

-Formerly the Automotive group sector of Continental AG, the Company was spun off to become an independent entity and began trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on September 18, 2025.

-The Company is organized into four primary business areas as follows:

Autonomous Mobility: 16.4% of the Company’s total sales (FY 2025).
Architecture and Network Solutions: 27.2% of total sales.
Safety and Motion: 39.7% of total sales.
User Experience: 16.1% of total sales.

-From 2026 onward, the Autonomous Mobility business area will be renamed Autonomous and Commercial Mobility.

Shareholders

-On September 18,2025, the Company's shares started trading on the Frankfurt stock exchange. At launch, Continental shareholders received one Company share for every two Continental shares. The IHO-Group, the strategic investment arm of the Schaeffler Group, holds approximately 46% of the Company.
