Business Overview

-The Company is a leading global manufacturer and developer of hardware and software solutions for software-defined vehicles, safety, and connected and autonomous mobility. Its portfolio includes brake systems, integrated safety systems, sensors, electronic air suspensions, display solutions, head-up displays, digital clusters, telematics, body control modules, high performance computers, electronic control units, and radars.

-Formerly the Automotive group sector of Continental AG, the Company was spun off to become an independent entity and began trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on September 18, 2025. The Company’s 2024 financial information is based on the consolidated financial statements of Continental’s former Automotive Group sector for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024.

-The Company is organized into four primary business areas as follows:

-Revenue Share by Segment (FY 2024）

Architecture and Network Solutions: 28% of the Company’s total sales (FY 2024).
Autonomous Mobility: 17% of the total sales.
User Experience: 16% of total sales.
Safety and Motion: 38% of total sales.

-For Contract Manufacturing, the segment is not part of the Company’s core operational business and is expected to be fully terminated in 2026. Therefore, it is not presented as a business area.

Shareholders

-On September 18,2025, the Company's shares started trading on the Frankfurt stock exchange. At launch, Continental shareholders received one Company share for every two Continental shares. The IHO-Group, the strategic investment arm of the Schaeffler Group, holds approximately 46% of the Company.
