公司历程

2005年	从铝供应商Alcan拆分独立。
2007年05月	被老牌铝供应商Hindalco Industries Limited收购。
2013年05月	与thyssenkrupp Tailored Blanks就合作开发铝板材达成一致。
2013年05月	欧洲公司在德国Gottingen取得汽车铝片轧制及表面处理工厂的运营许可。
2013年07月	宣布扩建巴西圣保罗州Pindamonhangaba基地铝轧制工厂。
2013年10月	在韩国完成2年扩建计划。投资额为4亿美元。
2013年10月	宣布扩建美国纽约州Oswego基地的轧制工厂。投资额为2亿美元。
2013年12月	宣布投资2.05亿美元扩建面向北美/德国汽车市场的生产基地。
2014年04月	德国Nachterstedt工厂动工建设汽车铝板总装线。
2014年04月	同意在常州国家高新技术产业开发区建设公司在中国的首个汽车铝板生产工厂。预计年产能为12万吨。
