Dec. 1995	United Automotive Electronic Systems Co., Ltd. was established.
Sep. 1997	The Shanghai Plant was built and went into operation.
Nov. 1997	The Wuxi and Xi'an Plants were built and went into operation.
Nov. 1998	The Shanghai Technology Center was built and went into operation.
Jun. 2006	The Shanghai Technology Center was expanded and went into operation.
Sep. 2009	The BE (Body Electric) Department was established.
Dec. 2009	The EH (Electric Drive) Department was established.
Jun. 2010	The FS (Fuel System) Department was established.
Jan. 2011	The Wuhu Plant was built and went into operation.
Sep. 2011	The Liuzhou Plant was built and went into operation.
Apr. 2012	The Wuxi Plant was built and went into operation.
May. 2012	The TC (Transmission Control) Department was established.
Aug. 2012	The EC (Electronic Controller) Department, FI&DI (Fuel Injection & Direct lnjection) Department, FS&AM (Fuel Supply & Air Management) Department, SI (Sensor and Ignition) Department were established, and the department operating mechanism was set up.
Nov. 2013	The new Xi'an Plant was built.
Oct. 2014	The new Xi'an Plant was relocated.
Nov. 2015	The new Liuzhou Plant was built.
Apr. 2016	The Shanghai Chuanhai Motor Plant was built and went into operation.
Sep. 2017	Opening ceremony of UAES-INFINEON Innovation Center
Apr. 2018	Suzhou R&D Center opened in Suzhou Industrial Park.
Mar. 2019	Production of the oil pump bracket (XLM) began at the Xi'an plant.
Jul. 2019	Batch production of battery cell management controller (CMC 8.0).
Apr. 2020	Obtained the qualification certification of the National Enterprise Technology Center.
Jul. 2020	The company's first power module was mass-produced at the Taicang plant.
Jul. 2020	Obtained ISO27001 information security management system certification.
Jul. 2021	Production of electrical bridge product EAU150 begins.
Oct. 2021	Formed a strategic partnership with SAIC.
