Business Overview

-The Company is Thailand’s leading automotive parts manufacturer. It manufactures axle shafts, disc brakes, brake drums, and hub wheels for passenger vehicles and commercial vehicles, as well as agricultural machinery.

-On 1 January 2022, the Company restructured business to be a holding company and transferred its axle shaft production line to its subsidiary, Somboon Forging Technology Co., Ltd. The purpose is to effectively implement the Company's plan and to increase flexibility in business expansion.

-The Company is organized into two reportable segments based on the products provided as follows:

1962	Established Somboon Spring Ltd.
1975	Established Somboon Malleable Iron.
1977	Established Bangkok Spring Industrial.
1995	Established Somboon Advance Technology.
2002	Commenced supplying for Toyota.
2005	Listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
2007	Acquired International Casting Products by 100% shareholder.
2011	Established Somboon Forging Technology Co., Ltd.
Aug. 2017	Has set up a joint venture with a German company, Mubea Engineering AG, the affiliate of Mubea Group, to manufacture vehicle springs.
May 2022	Formed a joint venture company called Somboon Tron Energy Co., Ltd. The Company holds 60% share, while 40% held by Tron Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
Aug. 2023	Sold 10% of its shares in Mubea Somboon Automotive Co., Ltd. (MSA) to Mubea Engineering AG, resulting in the Company holding 40% shares in MSA and the other 60% held by Mubea Engineering.
