Somboon Forging Technology Co., Ltd.
-The Company announced that it will establish a new company Somboon Forging Technology Co., Ltd. in Amata City Industrial Estate, Rayong, Thailand. The company will manufacture automotive parts from hot/cold forging process. Representing an investment of 100 million baht (approximately 3.2 million USD), the new company will be wholly-owned by Somboon Advance Technology. (From a press release on November 15, 2011)
