1997 Founded the Company.
1999-2001 Acquired Metalbages Group, Griwe GmbH, and Esmar Group.
2002 Created Autotech Engineering to improve the Company's R&D capabilities.
2004 Acquired Hardtech Group to expand technical capabilities.
2010 Acquired Edscha Group to expand product portfolio with hinges and mechanisms.
2011 Acquired ThyssenKrupp Metal Forming.
2013 Formed joint venture with Mitsui & Co. in its America operations.
Nov. 2016 Acquired remaining 60% of share capital of ESSA Palau for EUR 23.4 million, a company which focuses on stamping and welding.
