Mar.-Dec. 1993 John F. (Jack) Perkowski (the incumbent president and CEO of the Company) visited over 100 factories in 40 cities in China to conduct a preparatory study for investing in China.
Feb. 1994 Established Asian Strategic Investments Corporation (ASIMCO) in Beijing, China.
Aug. 1994 Acquired ASIMCO Components Co., Ltd. (Anhui) in Ningguo city, Anhui province. This subsidiary is currently called ASIMCO NVH Technologies Co., Ltd. (Anhui).

Oct. 1994 Established a joint venture, Liangfang Meilian Brake Device Co., Ltd., in Hebei Province. This subsidiary is now called ASIMCO Meilian Braking Systems (Langnfang) Co., Ltd.

July 2006 The Company and Phillips & Temro Industries (PTI), a U.S.-based manufacturer of cold start emission control systems, jointly established ASIMCO PTI Air Intake System (Yizheng) Co., Ltd. to produce intake air heaters in Yizheng City, Jiangsu Province.
Sep. 2010 Bain Capital, LLC. acquired The Company.
Nov. 2010 The Company sold ASIMCO Nanyue (Hengyang) Co., Ltd. and ASIMCO Nanyue (Hengyang) Aluminum Products Co., Ltd.
Dec. 2013 Yizheng NPR ASIMCO Powder Metallurgical Manufacturing Co., Ltd., a joint venture between the ASIMCO Group's Yizheng Shuanghuan Piston Ring Co., Ltd. and Nippon Piston Ring Co., Ltd., started operations.
March. 2015 ASIMCO announced that the company and Frits Winter of Germany have signed an agreement to establish a joint venture in Langfang, Hebei Province, China.
March. 2016 Zhengzhou Coal Mining Machinery Group Co., Ltd. (Zhengzhou Coal) acquired 100% of ASIMCO International Casting Co., Ltd. (Shanxi) shares from ASIMCO (China) Limited. Zhengzhou Coal acquired 100% of the shares of ASIMCO NVH Technologies Co., Ltd. (Anhui) (ASIMCO NVH) through the purchase (by stock issue and cash) of 23% of the shares from ASIMCO (China) and 77% from ASIMCO Technologies Hong Kong Limited. Zhengzhou Coal acquired 63% of Yizheng Shuanghuan Piston Ring Co., Ltd., 70% of ASIMCO Foundry (Yizheng) Co., Ltd., and 63% of ASIMCO Camshaft (Yizheng) Co., Ltd., all from Axle ATL Cayman Limited. Finally, Zhengzhou Coal acquired 100% of CACGI shares from ASIMCO Technologies Limited.
May. 2016 Brembo S.p.A. announced that it has completed the acquisition of a 66% stake in the share capital of ASIMCO Meilian Braking Systems (Langfang) Co., Ltd.
Dec. 2016 ASIMCO Tianwei Fuel System (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. held a cornerstone laying ceremony for a high-pressure common rail fuel injection system plant in Wuqing, Tianjin.
Apr. 2021 ASIMCO Industrial Technology (Yuncheng) Auto Parts Manufacturing Base Project held groundbreaking ceremony in Shanxi.
Feb. 2022 Started construction of ASIMCO Shuanghuan auto parts manufacturing base.
