Mar. 1994 Hyundai Technology Development Co. was established.
Jul. 1997 The Company acquired transmission business of Hyundai Precision & Industrial Co. (Ulsan plant).
Mar. 1999 The Company acquired ISO9001 certification.
Jan. 2000 The Company spun off its transmission division and established Korea DTS Co., Ltd.
Jul. 2000 The Company acquired QS9000 certification.
Dec. 2002 The Company acquired Korea Precision Co., Ltd.
Dec. 2002 The Company changed its corporate name from Korea DTS Co., Ltd. to Hyundai Dymos.
