-The Company is the Chinese subsidiary of France-based major automotive components supplier, Faurecia SE. In 1992, Faurecia entered the Chinese market. Faurecia (China) Holding Co., Ltd. was established in 2008.

The new combined group, named FORVIA, will form six business units, including Interiors, Seating, Electronics, Clean Mobility, Lighting, and Lifecycle Solutions. Faurecia and Hella will continue to operate as two separate legal entities. At FORVIA, both companies will retain their respective legal names, Faurecia SE and Hella GmbH & Co. KGaA, and they will communicate and be known under the FORVIA name. Products will continue to be sold and distributed under their existing brands.
