Business Overview
-The Company is a global leader in the design and manufacturing of metallic substrates for catalytic converters and metallic diesel particulate filters for vehicles.
-On October 6, 2022, the Dubag Group, an investment advisory and management team for private equity funds, signed a contract with Vitesco Technologies to acquire the Company. The acquisition included the Company’s current management team as well as all of its employees and locations. The acquisition was completed on August 1, 2023, placing ownership of the Company under Lenbach Equity Opportunities II GmbH & Co KG, an investor advised and represented by the Dubag Group. The Company changed its name to Emitec Technologies GmbH on July 1, 2023.
