In 2008, the Company worked on the following initiatives according to schedule based on its three-year business plan, which ended in the same year:
-Completing a series of its restructuring plans including a plant shutdown in Italy;
-Optimizing its procurement and spending policies;
-Cutting back investments;
-Expanding its product lines for turbo and suspension system products; and
-Strengthening its production capabilities in emerging countries.
