Contracts

-Major contracts that the Company won in 2013 are given below:
  • An order to provide 100,000 3D blow molded pressure pipes for the Fiat Viaggio that is manufactured in China.
  • An order to provide underbodies for the Mercedes S-Class and wheel arch liners for the Mercedes C-Class.
  • A general order from BMW to provide SCR systems. BMW also ordered wheel arch liners, injection-molded underbody parts, and front wall packages for its production facilities in China.
  • An order in June 2013 from Mazda to produce air flap control systems for the Mazda Axela and Atenza.
  • An order from Jaguar Land Rover to provide degas bottles for its all-terrain vehicles.
  • An order from Nissan for controllable air duct systems.
  • A fulfilled order from Iveco providing 30,000 Iveco Stralis trucks with plastic covers.
  • An order from Volkswagen to provide underbody panels for a luxury-class sedan in August 2013.
  • An order from Skoda and Volkswagen to provide SCR tank systems for two vehicle models.
  • An order to become the future supplier of charge-air tubes for Toyota. These charge-air tubes are already used in several current models.
  • The Company won an award from the Society of Plastic Engineers for its flexible charge-air tubes used in Audi A4 and A5 engines.
  • An order from Chang'an Ford for air flaps, deflectors, and windshield cowls produced at the Company's plant in Chengdu, China.

Awards

Investment in Germany

-In 2013, the Company relocated its plant in Wackersdorf, Germany from its location in an innovation park to a nearby industrial area. The new facility is 36,000 square meters and contains a production facility and an area for logistics and administrative services. (From a press release on June 25, 2014)

Investment outside Germany

<Spain>
-In 2013, the Company opened a new 16,500-square-meter plant in Araia, Spain. By the end of 2013, the plant had 55 employees producing shutter systems, deflectors, and partition walls. The plant also manufactures wheel arch liners and center control panels to OEMs including Volkswagen, Ford, and Daimler. (From a press release on June 25, 2014)
