Company Split

-The Company adopted a holding-company structure through company split and changed its corporate name to DY Corporation, effective December 1, 2014. DY Corporation will handle investment and industrial machinery business, and will oversee two new companies. The two companies are DY Auto Corporation (Asan, Chungcheongnam-do), which will manufacture and sell automotive components, and DY Power Corporation, which will manufacture and sell hydraulic machineries. Capital Expenditure
