Company Split

-The Company adopted a holding-company structure through company split and changed its corporate name to DY Corporation, effective December 1, 2014. DY Corporation will handle investment and industrial machinery business, and will oversee two new companies. The two companies are DY Auto Corporation (Asan, Chungcheongnam-do), which will manufacture and sell automotive components, and DY Power Corporation, which will manufacture and sell hydraulic machineries. Contracts

-In August 2013, the Company announced that it is supplying wiper systems for Ssangyong Motors' Korando Turismo large minivan.
-In August 2013, the Company announced that it is supplying fan motors for the Mazda Axela.
-In August 2013, the Company announced that it is supplying window motors for the JAC Motors B2.

Capital Expenditure

-In 2015, the Company plans to invest 26,171 million won in installing additional equipment at the automotive division.

Investment in Korea

-The Company will establish a new manufacturing facility for DC motors in Asan, Chungcheongnam-do, Korea. It plans to invest 34 billion won in the new facility by 2014, aiming to generate sales of more than 300 billion won per year.
