Oct. 1978 Dongyang Hydraulics Co., Ltd. was established.
Sep. 1986 The Company opened Incheon plant.
Aug. 1988 The Company adopted a new company name, Dongyang Mechatronics Corporation.
May. 1989 The Company was listed on the Korea Stock Exchange.
Mar. 1991 The Company moved its headquarters from Changwon to Incheon.
Mar. 1995 The Company established Dongyang Inalfa (currently Inalfa Korea) jointly with Inalfa of the Netherlands.
Aug. 1996 The Company acquired ISO9001 certification.
Nov. 1997 The Company acquired QS9000 certification.
Jul. 2001

The Company started supplying rear wiper motors to Volkswagen.

Sep. 2001 The Company established Dongyang Mechatronics Yantai Co., Ltd. in Shandong Province, China.

Dec. 2007 Dongyang Mechatronics Yantai Co., Ltd. integrated Yantai Dongyang Mechatronics A.P. Co., Ltd., consolidating the Group's Chinese business. 
Feb. 2009 Dongyang Mechatronics Yantai Co., Ltd. set up an office in Beijing, China.
Oct. 2010 The Company established Dongyang Mechatronics Jiangyin Co., Ltd. in Jiangsu Province, China.
Nov. 2010 Dongyang Mechatronics Yantai Co., Ltd. adopted a new corporate name, Dongyang Mechatronics China Co., Ltd.
May 2011 The Company turned HST Co., Ltd., a Korea-based wiper manufacturer, into its subsidiary.
Dec. 2014 The Company adopted a holding-company structure through company split and changed its corporate name to DY Corporation.
