Oct. 1978 Dongyang Hydraulics Co., Ltd. was established.
Sep. 1986 The Company opened Incheon plant.
Aug. 1988 The Company adopted a new company name, Dongyang Mechatronics Corporation.

Mar. 1991 The Company moved its headquarters from Changwon to Incheon.
