Auto parking assistance system
1. An ultrasonic sensor detects a suitable parking space
2. The driver can get out of the car and activate the auto parking system remotely by touching a button on their smartphone
3. The system performs all the maneuver, including steering, accelerating and braking to park the vehicle into a parallel or perpendicular space
* To interrupt the maneuver, the driver simply takes their finger off the smartphone button

-This technology is expected to make a market debut in 2015

Valet parking

1. The vehicle receives information on free spaces in a parking lot from external information infrastructure at the start of the journey
2. The driver gets out of the car at the entrance of the parking lot
3. After the system has been activated, the vehicle drives and parks itself to the designated parking space
4. When requested via a smartphone, the vehicle gets out of the parking space and drives itself back to a designated pick-up spot
