UK passenger car sales up 3.9% in December, up 3.5% in 2025. According to the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT) on January 6, UK passenger car sales rose 3.9% to 146,249 units in December 2025. Full-year sales increased 3.5% to 2,020,520
