At Automotive World 2024 held in January in Tokyo, Mr. Kenichi Yanai, Manager of Advanced Mobility Systems Business Development Department, Denso Corporation, and Mr. Hidehiro Toyoda, Director, Autonomous Driving Technology Development Department, Technology Development Headquarters, Hitachi Astemo, Ltd., gave presentations on their companies’ latest technologies in autonomous driving.
Mr. Yanai of Denso Corporation (Denso) gave a presentation titled "Denso's Radar Technology and Latest Trends in the Era of Autonomous Driving," which focused on the company's sensor group and other technology trends. Mr. Toyoda of Hitachi Astemo, Ltd. (Hitachi Astemo) gave a presentation titled "Evolution of Autonomous Driving Technology: Risk Prediction Using Edge AI”.
