The Automotive Interiors Expo Europe is an annual three-day event organized by UKi Media & Events, a division of UKIP Media & Events Ltd. It was held together with the Foam Expo Europe, the Adhesives & Bonding Expo Europe, the Thermal Management Expo Europe and the Global Automotive Components and Suppliers Expo at the Messe venue in Stuttgart, Germany from December 5th to 7th, 2023. This event is also held in Novi, Michigan for the US market once a year.

  Around 140 exhibitors presented their latest innovations and developments in the field of automotive interior design, HMI, vehicle occupant safety and comfort. The exhibition was mainly attended by Tier 1 suppliers and interior design specialists from OEMs.

  The visitors could not only discover latest developments in coatings, surfaces, materials, screen-printing, lighting and haptic technologies across the exhibition area, but they were also offered the opportunity to attend a total of 10 interior trend and technology presentations at the Technology Presentation Stage.

  Like last year, there were many companies showcasing their sustainable materials for environmentally friendly automotive interiors again.

  In this report, we would like to highlight advanced interior technologies and trends, such as cabin comfort, stylish smart surfaces and occupant monitoring and warning systems, that were on display at the show and addressed in three of the presentations held at the Technology Presentation Stage on December 5th. 

  In 2024, the show will be held in Stuttgart again from December 3rd to 5th.
