The annual Car.HMI Europe conference, organized by the German event provider we.CONECT Global Leaders, was held for the 12^th time in Berlin from June 18^th to 20^th 2023. This year it was co-located with the InCabin Sensing conference and together both events attracted over 500 experts from all over the automotive industry. A total of 52 presentations and 33 workshops were held during the two and a half days.

The motto of this year's Car.HMI Europe conference was “Intuitive Vehicles + Next Generation UX + HMIs”.

As is tradition each year the event started with a so called Ice Breaker Session on Sunday evening, offering the participants an informal networking opportunity while enjoying a drink and snack.

At the main event, participants could attend presentations, exchange opinions in workshops and visit some booths in the exhibition area.

The exhibition area covered technologies related to HMI as well as in cabin sensing.

Here we would like to present a selection of the most interesting companies and their products exclusively related to HMI.

This short event report gives an impression of the technology presented on the exhibition floor and provides an overview of the topics discussed in the workshops.

Next year, the event is scheduled to take place again in Berlin from June 9^th to 11^th.
