The 49th Tokyo Motorcycle Show 2022 (Date: Friday, March 25 to Sunday, March 27, 2022; Venue: Tokyo Big Sight convention and exhibition center) was sponsored by the Tokyo Motorcycle Show Association. The Tokyo Motorcycle Show Association consists of 10 motorcycle-related organizations in Japan, including the Japan Automobile Manufacturers Association, and the Motorcycle Federation of Japan. It had become an annual spring event, but it was canceled for the past two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, this year's event was a great success with 153 organizations exhibiting. Among them, this report covers the exhibits of EVs, EV components, and lightweight components.
