The China Passenger Car Association (CPCA) announced the production and sales volumes of passenger cars (including sedans, SUVs, MPVs but not minivans) for October 2022.
Retail
October retail sales of passenger cars totaled 1.84 million units, reflecting a year-over-year (y/y) increase of 7.3%.
New Energy Vehicles (NEVs)
In October, wholesale volumes of NEV passenger cars were 676,000 units, up 85.8% y/y.
