EU invests in newly opened NanoIC, Belgium, Europe's largest Chips Act pilot line
On February 9, the European Union launched its largest Chips Act pilot line, NanoIC, at IMEC Leuven. With a total investment of EUR 2.5 billion, the facility has received EUR 700 million in EU funding, EUR 700 million from national and regional governments, and the remainder from ASML and other industry partners.
