Samsung’s chip fab in Taylor, Texas to begin trial operations in March
Samsung Electronics is planning to begin trial operations of extreme ultraviolet (EUV) lithography equipment at its chip fab in Taylor, Texas in March, according to industry reports. These efforts are reportedly intended to support the full production of Tesla’s AI5 chips starting in the latter half of 2026.
