Summary
The 5th NEPCON Japan (Autumn) / 5th Automotive World (Autumn) exposition was held from September 9 to 11, 2026, at the Makuhari Messe convention center near Tokyo.
According to the organizer, RX Japan Ltd., the total number of visitors over the three days was 33,925, including those for Factory Innovation Week, Smart Energy Week, Sustainability Management Week, and I-TEX Japan Thermal Energy Expo, which were held concurrently with NEPCON Japan / Automotive World. This is a slight increase from the 30,905 visitors last autumn.
In this report, we introduce the contents of a special exhibition, the Feather Inverter project, led by Professor Yamamoto of Nagoya University. It was conducted as an organizer-planned exhibit within NEPCON Japan (Autumn)/Automotive World (Autumn).
