公司历程

1901年03月	Wilhelm Baier成立Esslinger Draht und Eisenwarenfabrik。从加工金属板开始，发展成为冲压、切割、弯曲加工等所有产品的制造商。从生产电线、自行车零部件和家庭用品开始，之后供应航空零部件。
1908年	搬迁至慕尼黑近郊的Stockdorf。
1974年	第一家海外子公司Webasto Sunroofs Inc.成立，并涉足美国市场。
1986年	Webasto AG Fahrzeugtechnik成立。
2000年07月	取得美国合资公司Webasto Roof Systems持有的50%麦格纳的股份，使其成为全资子公司，并改名为Webasto Roof Systems Inc.。
2004年	与Sumi Motherson Group在印度成立合资公司。
2008年	在德国Gilching开设Global Comfort Solutions（GCS）的新总部。
2009年	收购爱德夏的敞篷车车顶系统业务。
2010年	收购Karmann North America。
2012年	车顶及加热系统业务独立后成立的运营公司Webasto Roof & Components SE与Webasto Thermo & Comfort SE分离。Webasto AG变更为Webasto SE（Holding）。
2012年	通过Delphi Italia Automotive Systems S.r.l.收购意大利Diavia S.r.l.的股份。
2014年	土耳其子公司Webasto SPM收购Gaspa Otomotiv Sogutma。
2017年	伟巴斯特收购总部位于德国Wörth-Schaidt的电子零部件制造商Schaidt Innovations。
2018年06月	宣布以3,500万美元收购AeroVironment的能源效率系统业务部门。
2019年04月	收购生产全景天窗的合资公司Webasto Donghee。
2020年01月	在中国嘉兴市新建车顶工厂和电池中心。
2021年01月	在印度普勒冈成立车顶系统工厂。
2022年08月	收购Carlex Glass卢森堡基地。
2024年04月	Transom Capital Group收购了提供电动汽车充电产品和服务的子公司Webasto Charging Solutions, Inc.过半数的股份，公司名改为Ampure。
