1978年10月 东洋液压有限公司成立。
1986年09月 设立仁川(Incheon)工厂。
1988年08月 更名为东洋机电有限公司。
1989年05月 在韩国证劵交易所上市。
1991年03月 公司本部从昌原(Changwon)迁至仁川(Incheon)。
1995年03月 与荷兰Inalfa合资成立Dongyang Inalfa。

2001年07月 为大众配套后雨刮电机。
2001年09月 在山东省设立东洋机电烟台有限公司[Dongyang Mechatronics Yantai Co., Ltd.]。
2001年12月 汽车零部件部门获得ISO14001认证。
2002年07月 在美国密歇根州成立Dongyang America Inc.。
2002年11月 开始为通用配套前车窗雨刮系统。
2003年06月 获得通用2002年度“Supplier of the Year”奖项。
2003年10月 在中国山东省成立烟台东洋机电汽车电机有限公司[Yantai Dongyang Mechatronics A.P. Co., Ltd.]。
2003年12月 获得ISO/TS16949认证。
2004年03月 开始为戴姆勒克莱斯勒配套前雨刮系统。
2004年04月 获得通用2003年度“Supplier of the Year”奖项。
2004年12月 公司出售其持有的Dongyang Inalfa股份给荷兰Inalfa。
2005年02月 开始为欧宝和Saab配套前雨刮系统。
2005年07月 为福特供应车窗升降电机。
2005年09月 在日本成立东洋机电日本有限公司[Dongyang Mechatronics Japan Co., Ltd.]。
2005年10月 成立德国事务所。
2006年02月 东洋机电烟台有限公司成立上海事务所。
2007年07月 在印度成立Dongyang Mechatronics India Pvt.。
2007年11月 在美国西雅图成立Dongyang America Inc.分部。
2007年12月 东洋机电烟台有限公司[Dongyang Mechatronics Yantai Co., Ltd.]整合中国业务。
2009年02月 东洋机电烟台有限公司成立北京事务所。
2010年10月 在江苏成立东洋机电江阴有限公司[Dongyang Mechatronics Jiangyin Co., Ltd.]。
2010年11月 东洋机电烟台有限公司[Dongyang Mechatronics Yantai Co., Ltd.]更名为「东洋机电中国有限公司」[Dongyang Mechatronics China Co., Ltd.]。
2011年05月 将韩国雨刮器制造商HST Co., Ltd.纳入子公司。
2014年09月 在印度设立Dong Yang Power India Pvt.。
2014年12月 通过股份分割成为控股公司。公司更名为DY Corporation。设立DY Auto Corporation和DY Power Corporation。
2014年12月 美国公司Dongyang America Inc.改名为DY America Inc.。
2014年12月 日本公司Dongyang Mechatronics Japan Co., Ltd.改名为DY Japan Co., Ltd.。
2014年12月 印度公司Dong Yang Power India Pvt.改名为DY Power India Pvt.。
2015年02月 DY Auto Corporation在墨西哥成立了DY Auto Mexico, S.A. DE C.V。
2015年04月 DY Auto Corporation在韩国成立了Nanuri Co., Ltd。
2015年06月 DY Auto Corporation在中国成立了东洋机电盐城有限公司[Dongyang Mechatronics Yancheng Co., Ltd]。
2019年04月 DY Auto Corporation获得DY ESSYS43.7%的股权。
