公司历程

1919年06月	Max Brose和化学家Ernst Juhling共同建立Metalwerk Max Brose & Co.。
1956年	Ernst Juhling退出共同经营。1957年起该公司开始个人经营。
1968年04月	Max Brose去世，其女儿Gisela Brose接手公司。
1969年	公司改为股份制公司。
1971年10月	创始人孙子Michael Stoschek就任首席执行官。
1982年	更名为Brose Fahrzeugteile GmbH & Co. Kommanditgesellschaft。
1996年	与中国Zhangjigang Xingang Electronics Co., Ltd.成立合资公司。持股比例60％（1,500万DM）。已签下契约，向大众、奥迪、一汽红旗供货。
1997年	墨西哥Puebla的工厂以看板生产方式生产车门模块，向大众汽车供货。
1997年	德国Meerane的新工厂开始运作，以看板生产方式生产车门模块。向邻近的大众汽车工厂供货。
1999年	在巴西Curitiba投产车窗升降器和车门模块，以看板生产方式生产。搭载大众Golf及Passat车型。
1999年07月	在南非Brits成立车门模块合资公司RG Brose Automotive Components（Pty）Ltd.，1999年8月起投产。
2000年	在泰国曼谷与Summit Laemchagang Auto Body Work签订契约，共同生产车窗升降器，向欧宝Zafira供货。
2000年01月	在德国Meerane开始生产车窗升降器，搭载于戴姆勒克莱斯勒的新型C-Class车。
2000年04月	与西门子合作研发电子元件试点项目。在德国Hallstadt建造车门系统工厂（投资额3,100万欧元）。提供电机及系统。预订招聘新员工，员工人数从现有780名到2003年增加到1,100名。
2000年05月	在中国上海市安亭的车门模块工厂正式启动，向大众Passat车型供货。预订年产40万台。成立合资公司上海博泽汽车部件有限公司。（1999年成立，持一半股份）。
2000年07月	在斯洛伐克成立Brose Bratislava spol.sr.o.。
2002年03月	开始日本国内的生产活动（Shiroki Brose公司）。
2003年09月	比利时根特工厂正式运作。
2003年10月	公司首家加拿大生产工厂伦敦/安大略工厂正式运作。
2004年02月	成立Brose Sweden AB。
2004年07月	美国芝加哥工厂开始生产车门系统。
2005年09月	将侧门及举升门的电动闭锁系统商品化，在IAA法兰克福汽车展上首次亮相。
2005年12月	收购土耳其生产车窗升降器的大公司Pressan A. S.40%的股份，在土耳其等中东地区设立生产基地。
2006年01月	Jurgen Otto担任总裁，是该公司首位非创始人家族成员的总裁。在Torslanda工厂，以just-in-sequence方式开始生产车门系统。
2006年06月	Holzgerlingen/Weil im Schonbuch工厂以just-in-sequence方式开始生产活动。
2006年10月	安全带支架上市，座椅调节器的产品阵容扩大。产品搭载于全新宝马3系列。
2007年01月	中国长春工厂在质量、交货时间和竞争力三方面获得李尔公司颁奖。
2007年03月	Brose Ltd, Coventry被捷豹/路虎授予最佳车身和外饰奖。
2007年04月	Saarwellingen工厂、葡萄牙Tondela工厂、西班牙Sta. Margarida工厂获福特颁发“业界最优秀奖”（World Excellence Award）。
2008年04月	收购Continental AG的电机部。
2008年08月	与韩国Daeki Corporation成立合资公司Daeki Brose Corporation。
2009年11月	与上海实业交通电器有限公司在中国上海成立合资公司。生产车窗升降器、座椅系统、门系统。
2009年12月	与Delloyd Electronics在泰国成立合资公司，生产车窗升降器及门系统。
2011年02月	与万都成立合资公司 Mando-Brose Corporation，进军韩国电机市场。
2012年10月	在中国北京市大兴区设立在中国的第7个工厂。
2014年05月	在德国Bremen新建车门系统工厂。
2014年10月	在美国密歇根州New Boston新建工厂。
2014年11月	在意大利Melfi新建在意大利的首个工厂。
2016年08月	在美国南卡罗来纳州Spartanburg新建工厂。
2017年04月	在中国上海工厂新建地区总部。
2018年12月	在中国太仓市新建机电一体化工厂。
2020年02月	在印度Pune新建基地。
2022年01月	在大众的出资下，在波兰Polkowice成立了座椅和内饰系统生产公司Brose Sitech。
2023年10月	博泽西德科（安徽）汽车系统有限公司安徽工厂正式投产，是该公司在中国的第二个生产基地。
2024年11月	在韩国大邱广域市建设新工厂。
2025年02月	子公司博泽西德科从积水化成手中收购了德国泡沫材料制造商Proseat集团。
2025年09月	子公司博泽西德科收购了西班牙巴塞罗那座椅面套公司Covercar 51%的股份。
