公司历程

1985年	成立Rieter Holding Ltd.，在苏黎世证券交易所上市。
1987年	收购德国Ingelstadt的纺织机供应商Schubert & Salzer GmbH。
1992年	收购德国Grssostheim的合成纤维机器供应商Automatik-Apparate-Maschinenbau GmbH。
1994年	收购英国Heckmondwike的汽车地毯供应商Firth Furnishings Ltd.。
1995年	Unikeller部门更名为Pieter Automotive Systems。
1996年	收购意大利都灵的汽车零部件供应商Fimit。
1996年09月	与美国地毯供应商Magee对半出资在宾夕法尼亚州Bloomsburg成立合资公司。
1997年07月	收购巴西企业Ello S.A.。总部在Sao Bernardo do Campo的2个内饰件工厂拥有员工600人。

2008年	在中国上海开设研发及声学中心。
2011年04月	Rieter Group下的汽车系统业务独立，成立Autoneum Holding Ltd.。
2013年	将意大利子公司Autoneum Italy S.p.A.出售给mutares AG。
2014年	在韩国成立合资公司Autoneum Korea Ltd.。
2016年02月	与日本特殊涂料的美国合资公司UGN出售了位于伊利诺伊州Chicago Heights的业务。收购方是民间投资公司Angeles Equity Partners的相关公司。
2016年06月	在美国南卡罗来纳州的Aiken基地开始新建汽车零部件工厂。投资额约为3,500万美元。
2016年08月	在墨西哥San Luis Potosi新建工厂，成为该公司在墨西哥的第3家工厂。
2016年12月	在中国烟台成立轻质隔音与热管理零部件的生产工厂。是中国的第7家生产工厂。
2017年01月	在加利福尼亚州Sunnyvale开设新移动出行的能力中心。进行声音和热系统产品的战略立案和开发。
2017年10月	在中国设立4家工厂，大幅扩大了产能。山东烟台的新工厂已投产前围挡板零部件和地毯系统。计划每年为中国车企约25万辆汽车供应产品。
2018年05月	在匈牙利Komarom设立轻质NVH零部件工厂。
2018年09月	分别在中国平湖市（浙江省）和沈阳市（辽宁省）设立面向欧洲、美国和中国市场的车身底部系统工厂。
2023年01月	以1.17亿欧元的企业价值达成博格集团汽车业务的收购协议。
2023年04月	完成收购Borgers的汽车业务。
2024年08月	在印度西部浦那开设7,500平方米的新自有生产工厂。
2025年02月	成功收购江苏环宇集团70%的股份。
