公司历程

1919年	Birmingham的4家钢管供应商联合成立Tube Investments Ltd.。
1982年	改名为TI Group。
1988年	Bundy Group成为子公司。
1999年04月	将Walbro收入旗下。和Bundy一起整合Walbro，成立TI Automotive。
2000年12月	公司并入Smiths（原Smiths Industries），成为其汽车系统部（Automotive systems Division）。
2001年07月	Automotive Systems Division以TI Automotive Limited的名义脱离Smiths，形成现有体制。
2015年06月	被全球私募股权基金Bain Capital收购。
2016年02月	收购美国动力总成部件供应商Millennium Industries Corporation。
2017年10月	以TI Fluid Systems plc的名义完成首次公开募股并在伦敦证券交易所上市。
