Apr. 2001 Increased the production of cylinder liners for aluminum engines both in Japan and the United States. Mass production started in North America, increasing total North American and Japanese production of cylinder liners for aluminum engines more than twofold to 2.1 million units per month.
July, 2001 Started producing cylinder liners in China by installing production facilities in the joint plant, an 8-million-yen investment. Mass production, entirely for local sales, will start in early 2002.
Feb. 2002 Established TP Altech for the manufacture and sales of aluminum products.
Mar. 2002 While making an agreement to establish Federal Mogul TP Europe for the manufacture and sales of piston rings in Germany, as a joint venture between Federal Mogul, dissolved joint operations with Federal Mogul TP Sunderland.
May, 2002 Formed a joint-venture piston plant in China established between the Company, Art Metal Mfg. Co. Ltd of Japan, which is a piston ring manufacturer, and a local company. The name of the joint venture is Anquing Art TP Pistons Co., Ltd.
Oct. 2002 Established a joint venture called Y&T Power Tech., Inc.. The joint venture is a production facility for cylinder liners in Korea, formed with Yoo Sung Enterprise of Korea, an engine component supplier.
Oct. 2003 Established a sales company for automotive engine components such as piston rings in China. The new company is called TP Arn International Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., jointly with Anqing Huanxin Group Co., Ltd.
Nov. 2003 Established a manufacturing and sales company for cylinder liners in Turkey. The company is called Federal-Mogul TP Liners Europe Limited Sirketi, which was jointly established with Federal Mogul and a local company, Dereli Holding.

Feb. 2008 Established PT. TPR Sales Indonesia for sale of piston rings in Indonesia.

Apr. 2011 Established TOC Capacitor as a joint-venture subsidiary with Okaya Electric Industries. The new company, which is located in Okaya, Nagano Prefecture, will conduct R&D activities.
