July 2013 Dissolved joint venture contract with TPR for PT.NT Piston Ring Indonesia, and acquired a 100 percent ownership in PT.NT Piston Ring Indonesia.
Oct. 2013 Converted NPR Powdered Materials Manufacturing (Yizheng) Co., Ltd. into a joint venture with ASIMCO Shuanghuan Piston Ring Co., Ltd. (Yizheng) (currently called ASIMCO Shuanghuan Piston Ring (Yizheng) Co., Ltd.) Changed the joint venture’s name to Yizheng NPR ASIMCO Powder Metallurgy Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
May 2014 Acquired the powder metallurgic ejection-molding business from Sumitomo Metal Mining Co.
