Oct. 1962 The Company was established.
Feb. 1980 The Company changed the Company name to Mando Machinery Corporation.
Mar. 1988 The Company set up a brake system plant in Pyeongtaek.
Aug. 1988 The Company set up a steering system plant in Wonju.
Dec. 1993 The Company and Robert Bosch established a 50-50 joint venture company, Korea Automotive Motor Corporation (KAMCO).
Oct. 1994 The Company established Autoventure Mando Sdn. Bhd. (A.V.M) in Malaysia.
Sep. 1995 The Company set up a suspension system plant in Iksan.
Oct. 1996 The Company established Maysan Mando Otomotive Parcalari Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.S. in Turkey.
Sep. 1997 The Company established Mando Brake Systems India Private Ltd. in India.
Dec. 1999 The Company adopted a new name, Mando Corporation.
Oct. 2000 The Company established Autoliv-Mando jointly with Autoliv of Sweden. The new joint venture is capitalized at 10 million US dollars, of which 35 percent was provided by the Company and 65 percent by Autoliv.
Jan. 2001 The Company sold airbag business to Autolive Mando.
Jul. 2001 The Company started supplying steering columns to Ford.
Nov. 2001 The Company started supplying brake systems to DaimlerChrysler.
Jul. 2002 The Company sold module business to Hyundai Mobis.
Jul. 2002 The Company established Mando (Suzhou) Automotive Chassis System Co.,Ltd. in China

Jul. 2004 The Company succeeded in developing Electronic Stability Program (ESP) independently for the first time in Korea.
Dec. 2004 The Company established Mando (Tianjin) Automotive Parts Co.,Ltd. in China.
Jul. 2005 The Company established Mando Beijing R&D Center Shanghai branch office in China.
Jul. 2005 The Company established Mando Softtech India in India.
Apr. 2006 The Company was chosen as "Supplier of the year 2005" by GM.
Sep. 2006 The Company received the Q1 Award from Ford.
Jan. 2007 The Company transferred a 35 percent share it held in Autoliv-Mando to its joint venture partner, Autoliv of Sweden.
Mar. 2008 Halla Engineering& Construction Corp. acquired the majority shares in the Company from Sunsage B.V. The Company thereby rejoined the Halla Group for the first time in nine years.
Mar. 2008 The Company established Halla Stackpole Co., Ltd. through a joint investment with Stackpole Ltd. of Canada.
Jul. 2008 The Company established Halla Stackpole (Beijing) Automotive Co., Ltd. in China.
Oct. 2008 The Company established Mando-Hella Electronics Corp. through a joint investment with Hella KGaA Hueck& Co. of Germany.
Jul. 2009 The Company was awarded a contract to supply brake calipers to the Peugeot Citroen Group, winning its first business from an European automaker.
May. 2010 The Company was listed on the Korea Exchange.
Jan. 2011 The Company established Mando (Ningbo) Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. through a joint investment with Geely of China.
Jan. 2011 The Company established Mando-Brose Corporation in Korea through a joint investment with Brose of Germany.
May. 2011 The Company established KYB-Mando do Brasil Fabricante de Autopecas S.A. in Brazil through a joint investment with KYB of Japan.
May. 2012 Mando Corporation de Brasil (MCB) completed plant construction.
