Recent Changes in Company Scope
-In 2020, the Company made a number of changes to its business scope with various divestitures and acquisitions. As related to the automotive and transportation market, the Company completed the sale of its Automotive Fluid Conveyance Division to Quantum Capital Partners at the beginning of 2020. In January 2020, the Company also agreed to sell its Hydraulics business to Danfoss A/S for USD 3.3 billion. The sale is expected to be completed by the early second quarter of 2021. Finally, in March 2020, the Company completed the sale of its lighting business to Signify N.V.
