Joint Venture
-On December 29, 2011, shareholders of the Company agreed to use over raised funds to set up a wholly owned subsidiary and the remaining over-raised funds 208.42 million yuan to implement a project to produce an accumulated equivalent of 4 millionKVAh worth of new, low-lead, maintenance-free batteries annually.
