Financial Overview in FY2007 (which ended in Jun. 2008)
-In Japan, the Company generated sales of 853.6 billion yen. This was a rise of 7.4 percent from the previous year's result of 794.7 billion yen.
-Sales of automotive products accounted for approximately 84.7 percent of the Company's overall domestic sales.
-Overseas, the Company's consolidated sales were 639.4 billion yen, down 2.1 percent compared with the previous year's figure of 652.8 billion yen.
Automotive Business
The Company will display their latest technology at SAE 2007 World Congress. The display highlights a diverse portfolio of products and technology. It will showcase digital power modules, connectors, instrumentation, and their latest hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) technology. Also on display will be HEV wire with integrated shielding, which reduces weight and the number of components in the vehicle. Plug-in type HEV connectors will be featured in the booth as well.
