-Gabriel India's sales for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2018 increased by 20.6% from INR 15,205 million in the previous fiscal year to INR 18,331 million. It reported a 17.2% growth in EBITDA, largely based on volume growth in the Aftermarket, Passenger Car and Commercial Vehicle Business Units and the control of raw material costs.

-Gabriel India's sales for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2016 decreased by 2% from INR 14,298 million in the previous fiscal year to INR 14,264.2 million. The Company reported 9.2% growth in EBITDA, largely on account of volume growth in the Aftermarket, Passenger Car & Commercial Vehicle Business Units and the control of expenses, primarily raw material costs.

-Gabriel India's sales for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2015 increased by 12.2% from INR 12,745 million in the previous fiscal year to INR 14,298 million. Gabriel India had an increase in sales for the two- and three-wheeler, commercial vehicle, and export segments, which was partially offset by a decrease in sales in the passenger vehicle segment.

Gabriel India Limited
-Gabriel India's sales for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2014 increased by 6.6% from INR 11,960 million in the previous year to INR 12,745 million. Sales growth for the two- and three-wheeler markets and the commercial vehicle market was slightly offset by a decline in the passenger vehicle market.
-In the fiscal year ended March 31, 2014, Gabriel India's exports dropped 13.7% from INR 415 million to INR 358 million. The decrease was due to a drop in sales to a customer in a key market which was caused by local political unrest.

Victor Gaskets India Limited
-Net sales for Victor Gaskets in the fiscal year ended March 31, 2014 was INR 711.0 million, representing a 4.6% decrease from INR 745.1 million the year before. The decrease in sales was caused by declining economic conditions in Europe.

-Sales in the fiscal year ended March 31, 2013 for Gabriel India increased by 7.2% from INR 11,153 million to INR 11,960 million.
-In the fiscal year ended March 31, 2013 Gabriel India's total exports dropped by 25.0% from INR 553 million from the previous fiscal year to INR 415 million.
-Gabriel India estimates that it is the market leader in shock absorbers and front forks with a 45% market share in India in the passenger vehicle segment and over an 80% market share in India in the commercial vehicle segment.
-Gabriel India has a combined capacity of over 24 million shock absorbers and struts and 2.7 million front forks.

-Anand I-Power Limited exports approximately 55% of its product range to overseas markets.

Joint Ventures

Anand Group and MAHLE Germany
-In February 2018, the Anand Group announced the signing of revised Joint Venture (JV) Agreements with MAHLE, Germany for both existing Joint Ventures for Filteration Products and Thermal Products.
The MAHLE and ANAND agreements include provisions for enhancing the support from both partners, including the availability of the latest technologies and advanced products to ensure the continuous profitable growth and success of the two JVs, which will be renamed MAHLE ANAND Filter Systems Private Limited and MAHLE ANAND Thermal Systems Private Limited.

Anand I-Power Limited and Federal-Mogul Anand Sealings India Limited
-In March 2015, the Company and Federal-Mogul Powertrain announced that they entered into an agreement to convert the Company's sealing and piston ring businesses into joint venture operations. The new joint ventures will be known as Federal-Mogul Anand Sealings India Limited and Anand I-Power Limited. Federal-Mogul Powertrain holds a 51% stake of the new sealing joint venture; the Company, along with smaller shareholders, will own the remaining 49%. Mando Automotive India Limited
-In 2013, the Company and Mando Corporation agreed to the merger of the two joint ventures partnered by the two companies. The new company, known as Mando Automotive India Limited, was formed from the merger of Mando India Limited and Mando Steering Systems India Limited. Mando Automotive India has a combined turnover of INR 12,350 million. The consolidated operations of the new company were scheduled to begin in April 2013. Approximately 1,200 people will be employed by Mando Automotive India. The new company will manufacture brakes, suspensions and steering systems. (From a press release on February 20, 2013)

Mando India Steering Systems Private Limited
-In 2012, the Company acquired a 26% share in Mando India Steering Systems (MIS) from the Mando Corporation. MIS was established in 2006 and generated KRW 108 billion in sales in 2011. (From a press release on October 29, 2012)

Business Partnerships

Anchemco ANAND LLP
-Anchemco ANAND LLP, an ANAND Group company, and Bluetech Holdings Limited, Hong Kong entered into a Technology License Agreement effective March 1, 2018. With this agreement, Anchemco has the exclusive rights to manufacture, distribute and sell/transfer AdBlue®, an aqueous urea solution used in Selective Catalytic Converters (SCR), to the Indian OEMs and Aftermarket.

Ansysco
-In February 2015, Liqui Moly, a German motor oil and additives company, and Ansysco announced the formation of a business partnership at the Automechanika exhibition in New Delhi. Liqui Moly hopes to use Ansysco's distribution and retail network to establish its products in India, while at the same time broadening the Company's product range. -Gabriel India Ltd., the flagship company of Anand Group informed that it signed a Technology Assistance Agreement (TAA) with TORRE (Gabriel South Africa) to provide technology on products and processes. Gabriel South Africa produces shock absorbers, MacPherson struts, strut cartridges (pressurized and non-pressurized designs), and gas springs (Gabriel Gas Lift). -During the year ended March 31, 2018, the company won business to supply parts for the Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, Maruti Suzuki Ignis, Maruti Suzuki S-Cross and Volkswagen Ameo.

Mahle Filter Systems India (MFSIL)
-During the year ended March 31, 2018, Mahle Filter Systems India (MFSIL) added a new product range, expanding into carbon canister products to meet BS-IV and BS-VI emission norms. The product is being used in Maruti Suzuki’s Ertiga MUV.

Gabriel India Limited
-In March 2017, Gabriel India Ltd. informed that it won export orders from Isuzu for Thailand and Indonesia in the CV Segment. In addition, the company also received export orders from Mahindra GenZe USA for the eScooter Amphere.

Ansysco Anand
-In January 2017, Ansysco Anand, a Group company of ANAND Automotive and SEIKEN CHEMICAL INDUSTRY CO.,LTD., Japan announced entering into a Technical Assistance Agreement (TAA) to manufacture and sell Coolant and Brake Fluids to Japanese OEMs in India. This collaboration will ease the entry of Ansysco Anand into the Japanese OEM’s who contribute to nearly 60% vehicle sales in the Indian automotive market. SEIKEN CHEMICAL INDUSTRY was founded in April 1959, which was originally Brake & Brake Fluid Laboratory of Meiji Sangyo Company. Mando Automotive India Limited
-In 2014, Mando India developed the electric power steering system used in the Datsun Go sold in India. Mando India received the "Best Engineering Support" award from Nissan primarily for system development. Spicer India Limited
-In 2013, Dana Holding Corporation announced that it is expanding its business relationship with Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. by supplying Spicer axles with AdvanTEK gears. These axles would be used in Mahindra & Mahindra's new platform for sport-utility vehicles and small trucks. -In August 2012, Henkel Teroson India announced that it will be supplying products for the Chevrolet CN-100 platform of General Motors India. Henkel Teroson also announced that it will manufacture products for Ford's B515 platform and for Tata Motors.

The agreement will allow the companies to better serve the suspension needs of the Indian commercial vehicle, bus, and industrial equipment markets. As part of the agreement, KONI will provide technology that will allow Gabriel to manufacture damper products for the original equipment market and aftermarket in India as well as Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Bhutan. -On August 9, 2012, Haldex India introduced an emergency braking system with rollover control for trailers, the first time such a system was available in India.
-In 2012, Haldex India completed development for a fully-integrated Lift Axle system. Haldex India also completed work on its new generation Automatic Brake Adjuster.

Mahle Filter Systems India Limited
During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2018, Mahle Filter Systems (MFSIL) started a new advanced polyurethane (PU) production line at Gurugram plant. The line includes a three-stage paper pleating machine equipped to German standards. Development of this pleating set-up will help fulfill upcoming requirements in accordance with BS VI emission norms. Mahle Filter Systems India (MFSIL) added a new product range by expanding into carbon canister products to meet BS-IV and BS-VI emission norms. The product is being used in Maruti Suzuki’s Ertiga MUV. 

Gabriel India Limited
-On July, 2017, Gabriel India Ltd. announced that it opened two new plants in fiscal year 2016-17 to better serve its customers. It inaugurated a satellite plant, i.e. the last mile assembly operation at Kumbalgodu.
-On March, 2017, Gabriel India Ltd. announced that it won export orders from Isuzu for Thailand and Indonesia in the CV Segment. In addition, it also received export orders from Mahindra GenZe USA for the eScooter Amphere. Gabriel India is considering increasing its presence in the aftermarket of South East Asian countries.
-In September 2013, the Company announced plans to invest INR 12 billion on new product development and capacity expansion over the next five years. Chang Yun India Limited
-On March 30, 2015, Chang Yun India Private Limited, inaugurated its new facility in Gurgaon, India. The new 35,000 square-foot facility is almost four times as large as the previous facility. Additionally, the new facility has increased the company's forging capacity by 65% and its machining capacity by 25%, and has the potential for future expansions. The company hopes that the new facility will help it achieve a 20% market share in the steel synchronizer ring segment by the fiscal year ended March 31, 2017. Mando Automotive India Limited
-In March 2014, Mando Automotive India was developing a new design center in Chennai, India to serve as a global hub for Mando. Mando Automotive India is concurrently increasing its export volumes of brakes and electric power steering systems to Turkey for Hyundai's "Grand i10" and "Grand i20" hatchbacks.

-On November, 2012, Gabriel India inaugurated an expansion of its Hosur Plant, which is part of its Suspension Parts Assembly Unit. The expansion is expected to produce 10,000 shock spring assemblies per day.

-In September 2012, Faurecia Emission Control Technologies started operations at its new plant in Bidadi, close to Bangalore. Spicer India Limited
-In July 2014, Spicer India's seventh plant in India, located in Manesar, began its operations in July 2014. Employees at the Manesar plant were transferred from other Spicer India plants. -On November 15, 2013, Spicer India inaugurated a manufacturing facility in Lucknow, India. The new facility will supply propeller shafts to Tata Motors' plants in Lucknow and Jamshedpur. Spicer India currently supplies drive shafts for Tata Motors buses and trucks from its facility at Satara. The Lucknow plant is Spicer India's sixth manufacturing facility. Mahle Filter Systems India Limited
-As of May 2014, Mahle Filter Systems India's plant in Parwanoo is India's largest filter production facility. The production plant has an area of over 9,000 square meters, and has an annual production capacity of 18 million units.
