-In February 2015, the Company announced that the company and Qingdao Chenggao Electronics Co., Ltd. (tentative name) of China will establish a joint venture to produce auto parts in China. The new company will be owned 51.0 percent by Qingdao Chenggao and 49.0 percent by THN. (From a press release on February 10, 2015)


-The Company has established a wholly owned subsidiary in the Philippines to produce automotive components. The new company is capitalized at PHP 82 million (approximately KRW 1,990 million). (From a press release on November 7, 2014)

R&D Structure

-In October 1989, the Company set up a technological research center in Daegu City. This facility was later transferred to Cheongju, Chungcheongbuk-Do in May 2001; and to Uiwang City, Gyeonggi-do in 2007.

-The company sent its researchers to Hyundai Motor's Namyang Main R&D Center to participate in designing wire harness.
