The company has over 50 years of manufacturing excellence, with 30 years of exporting experience and market capitalization of over INR 592.92 billion.
The company has 18 manufacturing locations across 5 countries with 11 plants in India. Further, it has 27 subsidiaries, out of which 14 are Indian subsidiaries and 13 are global subsidiaries as on 31st March 2025. The company has annual forging capacity of 773,910 tonnes per annum. Kalyani Powertrain, 100% owned by Bharat Forge, operates as Bharat Forge's dedicated platform for electric vehicle solutions, focusing on providing a comprehensive range of products for the electrification of commercial vehicles
