It is a third-generation Chairman (C class), which SAIC Motor Corp. developed, led by SsangYong Motor. It is reported to compete with Audi A8/BMW 7/Benz S-Class.

SAIC Motor Corp.'s new Kyron (Xiangyu 2008): The SUV is reported to be a second SsangYong-brand vehicle that is manufactured in China. It is developed in Korea.

Nanjing MG Motor MG TF: It is based on the former MG Rover's sports car, TF. The company started to receive sales order in April 2008.

Nanjing MG Motor MG 3 SW: The model is a crossover released in May 2008.

Nanjing MG Motor MG 7L: The model is a long sedan. It is scheduled to be released by June 2008.

SAIC-GM-Wuling Automobile Wuling Rongguang: Debut. The model is a mini van with 5 to 8-seat 3-row specifications. It was released in May 2008.

Tianjin FAW Xiali Automobile TFC-M1 3box: The model is an independently-developed world strategy model that targets university students or unmarried salaried-workers (between 20 and 35 years of age). It will be released in the first half of 2009.

FAW Haima Motor Haima 3 sport: Debut. The model is a sports specification of Haima 3. It will be released in June 2008.

Haima (Zhengzhou) Automobile Fushida 1: The model is a concept car of a 5-door 5-seat mini passenger car. It is planned to be released by January 2009.

Dongfeng Liuzhou Automobile Future Lingzhi: It is released in April 2008.

Dongfeng Liuzhou Automobile Future Jingyi 1.8T: It is released in April 2008. Thirty six combinations of seats are possible.

Dongfeng Off-road Vehicle Dongfeng Mengshi: The model is a third-generation military off-road vehicle. Production will begin in 2009 (there is also a private-sector specification).

V101 3box: It is developed by Changan Automobile's development base in Italy. It will be released in October 2008.

Changan Automobile V802 2box: The model is a hatchback based on Zhixiang. Production will begin as early as at the end of 2008 and the product will be released in 2009.

Chery A3 1.8T 2box: The model will be released in the latter half of 2008. It won a five-star rating in C-NCAP.

Eastar 6: The model is a C-class sedan that was jointly developed with Italy-based Bertone. It is planned to be released after Chery A3.
