Summary
The Advanced Clean Transportation (ACT) Expo 2025 was held from April 28 through May 1, 2025, at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California, U.S. More than 12,000 attendees from over 50 countries participated at ACT Expo 2025, which featured more than 500 exhibitors and partners. The exhibition had more than 80 vehicles on display, with 22 vehicles available to test and ride on public streets.

Several western OEM brands debuted new electric commercial vehicles and platforms at ACT Expo 2025. Kenworth launched the T880E as the first Class 8 vocational battery-electric truck for the North American market. It also revealed the next-generation T680E truck. As another PACCAR brand, Peterbilt unveiled the new Model 567EV for vocational applications and the next-generation Model 579EV. Harbinger Motors unveiled a new plug-in hybrid commercial vehicle for medium-duty applications. Mack Trucks showcased its new Mack Pioneer truck and announced plans to launch an electric version of the Pioneer.
Suppliers also unveiled new systems for electric commercial vehicles. ZF debuted its TraXon 2 Hybrid automated manual transmission for hybrid commercial vehicles and its e-comp Scroll electric air compressor for a variety of powertrains. BorgWarner introduced the new iM-575 drive module for heavy-duty electric commercial vehicles. Cummins showcased systems through its Accelera brand for the future electric powertrain for Isuzu's F-series.
