Summary

 The eighth Automotive World expo, one of the largest automotive high technology exhibitions in Asia, was held in 2016 at the Tokyo International Exhibition Center for three days from January 13 to 16. Nepcon Japan was held at the same time, and also featured exhibits of automotive electronic components. 83,600 persons attended (slightly down year-over-year).

 This report will introduce notable plastics-related exhibits at these exhibitions.
